Time at Home

Autumn is here, and I’m pretty happy about it. I recently finished my job after a year and   am spending the next short while spending more time at home, thinking about what steps to take next. Because of this I’ve now got the time to spend on more creative outlets, so I’m hoping to make that a priority, at least for a little while.

It’s always a tricky balance between devoting time to what you want to do and what you should really be getting on with (job applications ugh). It’s been torrentially raining and so has felt very cozy indoors, big jumpers and baggy jeans on. My natural tendency is to feel anxious, rather than excited at the prospect of uncertainty and instability. But I”m going to make a conscious effort to keep the anxiety in check and cultivate some excitement about the future.
